Predominantly to level 0 and some elements of works to other levels (1-3) * The building will be vacant, and you will be the Principal Contractor * Works comprise of mainly, wall, floor and ceiling finishes with areas of new walls and partitions. * You will be required to manage the attendance of NTU's M&E, security and IT trades during the works. They will not be your sub contractors. * Your contract works are to be completed by Friday 6th September 2024 * Works can start as soon as possible, aiming early June 2024 Its mandatory that for you to attend site to understand the score of the works.
