The system doesn't have any direct comparison in terms of its product solution but more importantly the creative team at V6 - amended 15.09.2020 Hallam has spent 2 years training and building the system to the point now that sees it as an integral part of Marketing and Comms activity. To change supplier would result in at least 12months of onboarding and training for the department and over 100 users of the systems Notes from Deputy Head of Procurement: A conversation was held with Bynder regarding public sector frameworks and they are not on any of these frameworks. A search conducted on Digital Marketplace did not bring any likewise products. A 3 year deal is recommended to give stability to the team, give time for the competition in the market to grow and also free up DTS resource as implementing this originally took much time and resource. This also provides a good saving of PS40k over 3 years. Cost of change would be in excess of one years costs and is not planned into any tech strategy resource planner, however will be on the pipeline to review in 2 years' time.
