Following completion of this study the scheme has been handed to Highways England (HE) Network Planning team to achieve the following :- - Undertake an assurance review on the work undertaken to date - Bring the current project up to HE PCF Stage 0 - Enable Major Projects to develop this proposal further into PCF Stage 1 (options development)
