Suppliers must have experience of delivering software to support referral routes from Primary Care to Community and Acute Services. Suppliers must also have relevant robust Information Governance compliance to ensure patient confidentiality is not compromised and data controllers not put at any risk regardless of significance. The supplier's software can be deliverable either via a mobile APP and/or equivalent PC client software or cloud based portal. The CCG's final service specification will be based on the ability of the suppliers within the market place and their experience of delivering software to support this new Teledermatology service. As this is a new service the CCG hope to gain insight from experts from across the market to ensure that expectations are realistically aligned. There is also a high expectation and dependency that the supplier's product(s) support seamless referral processes via eRS (Electronic Referral System). The market engagement session will be planned for late May/Early June and suppliers will have the opportunity to demonstrate their product(s) to a selected number of members from the Dermatology Steering Group. This will include clinicians and service providers.
