The site is in a residential area bound by Council and privately owned dwellings. The adjacent buildings are predominantly private dwelling. It is anticipated that all of the adjacent dwellings will be occupied during the course of the works. The building is 1No 14 Storey residential tower block. The contract period on site is anticipated to be 8 week period as follows: Start on Site: 07/05/2018 Completion on Site: 29/06/2018 Please note the completion date is critical key date stipulated by the employer and all site programmes need to adhere to this date.
