## Notice

It is anticipated at this stage that this will be secured through a Restricted Procurement process. The Council has its own in-house project and procurement expertise. However, requires expertise to support the Council's in-house grounds and cleansing specialists with the skills to produce a specification, performance framework, technical evaluation model and to input into the development of other key contract documentation from a technical perspective. Experience of working on large procurement projects from a technical perspective for grounds and cleansing which has demonstrable evidence of delivering best value outcomes is essential. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
