The service will be a timely and safe phlebotomy service that supports the CCG's strategic commissioning intentions to ensure that high-quality care is delivered as close to the patient's home as is appropriate. The objectives of the service are: - Improve access to health services in the community - To provide timely service to patients registered with a GP within Harrow - To provide a service at an appropriate time, location and environment - Provide services in line with the Care Quality Commission standards
