This will involve the consumer campaign Love Food Hate Waste (a UK-wide campaign), and recycling messages through the consumer campaign Recycle for London (a regionalised campaign based on the national Recycle Now campaign).. *Reduce the amount of food being thrown away from the HaFS sector in London, increase food waste recycling rates as well as build in elements of HSE through messaging and encouraging areas such as portion options, utilising proven research and materials. The deliverables of this tender will be used not only by the hospitality sector but also by the retail and manufacturing sector. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
