## Notice

The scope of the works is the planning, design, installation & commissioning of remedial works to an existing below ground gravity drainage network, 3No. new gravity to pumped sump to rising main/ combined sewer outfall connections (incoming pipe & demarcation point by others) & 2No. new internal gravity to pumped sump manholes to pump effluent to one of the new sewer outfall connection within a Private building located in London SW1A. The demarcation points linked to the new pumped sump sewer outfall connections to the local Thames Water sewer network. The works & or services to be provided include the following: a) If a 2-stage procurement approach is adopted, subject to agreement with the Supplier, the 1st stage works will include planning & design services up to a RIBA Works Stage 4 level of detail to plan & manage the design, survey & validation of the new & or existing lateral sewer connections required in London SW1. The Planning, Design & Management services shall include coordination with Thames Water, Westminster City Council & other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the works based on the Employers RIBA Work Stage 3 Developed Design information. At the end of the 1st stage an agreement will be reached between the Employer & the Supplier on a Price & Programme for the planning, design, supply, installation and commissioning of the remedial works to the existing below ground drainage network, 3No. new gravity to pumped sump rising main connections to existing/ new lateral sewer connections with 2No. new internal gravity to pumped sump manholes to pump effluent to one of the new sewer outfall connections for operational availability by June 2021. Additional information: You are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this work. Documentation will only be made available to applicants following the receipt of a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) a blank copy of which is enclosed for completion and return.
