The pathway provision will enable young people to develop and gain the necessary skills to live independently including education, training and employment and an emphasis on good health outcomes. The commissioned Young Persons Pathway services will form an important part of the Westminster Housing Homelessness and Rough Sleeping strategy 2025-2030.
