## Notice

This contract will utilise the flexibilities provided by the 'Light Touch Regime', as prescribed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") and in accordance with the Authority's Contract Procedure Rules. The duration of the contract will be for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 24 months subject to agreement between the Authority and the successful Provider.
