## Notice

The Service Provider should be able to Develop the Existing CarePlace System to an agreed develop timeline, with monthly upgrades. Development time will be divided between frontline Local Authority and Provider upgrades and backend maintenance. The Service Provider should offer fulltime Project and System Management: including liaison, administrative support, project support, business analysis, system specification, testing alongside system upgrades. The Service Provider will ensure consistent system maintenance through an in-house helpdesk in cooperation with the Commissioning Alliance's existing partner. The Service Provider should have experience and knowledge of the Adult and Children markets within the Local Authority Social Care Sector and be willing to engage with development and change programmes. The Service Provider should have a good understanding of Azure Data warehousing and the ability to assist with Power-Bi reporting development. The Service Provider will be open to working with Case Management Providers and other IT platforms at a controlled cost for the benefit of better data sharing with Local Authorities, The Service Provider will ensure yearly internal and external PEN testing.
