The Service Provider should offer fulltime Project and System Management: including liaison, administrative support, project support, business analysis, system specification, testing alongside system upgrades. The Service Provider will ensure consistent system maintenance through an in-house helpdesk in cooperation with the Commissioning Alliance's existing partner. The Service Provider should have experience and knowledge of the Adult and Children markets within the Local Authority Social Care Sector and be willing to engage with development and change programmes. The Service Provider should have a good understanding of Azure Data warehousing and the ability to assist with Power-Bi reporting development.
