The service providers will be required to provide all risk assessments and method statements associated with the works. The works will not include Out of hours or other works outside of responsive repairs The service providers will be required to effective plan and manage each appointment and all associated communications with residents and the works will be delivered using NHF schedule of rates version 5.1, the bidders are required to provide their percentage adjustment against each trade, and this should allow for all prelims and contract conditions as set down within the NHF schedule of rates version 5.1 terms and conditions and framework.
