This contract includes MRF processing and bulking and haulage Shortly, CCC will go out to market to seperatley procure an interim solution post September 2019 while the Council develops its longer term solution. The Council along with other neighbouring Authorities are looking to jointly procure the development of a new MRF on a site to be procured by the Councils within the West Midlands.
