## Notice

The SCAH Programme is preparing a Programme Business Case (PBC) for submission to HMT in early Spring 2021. Work is underway on the Client Brief Reference Scheme to support this. KPMG have been providing support to the SCAH Team since just before the submission of the Outline Business Case. Alongside the development of the Programme Operating Model, KPMG have been supporting SCAH on the development of the PBC outline and structure, scoping inputs required across the five cases, agreeing an approach to an options appraisal (incl. MCDA) and developing the specification for the Financial Model. The SCAH Programme requires an this support to take us until the PBC has been completed and is ready to start the internal and external assurance and approvals process.
