There is an option to extend for up to an additional 24 months based on satisfactory performance. This procurement falls under the technical inspection and testing services category, with a total contract value of £3.2 million. The procurement method is open, allowing participation from various stakeholders, and the tender period will conclude on 4th July 2019. This Framework Agreement presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) specialising in technical inspection and compliance services. Given the collaborative nature of the Framework, suppliers can expect a stable demand for compliance testing services throughout the contract duration. ## Notice The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, CPC, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, SUPC and NEUPC for Fixed Wire Testing. Members referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement will commence on 13.8.2019 for an initial period of 24 months until 31.07.2021 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 31.07.2022 and a further 12 months until 31.07.2023 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. The Framework Agreement will be split into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1: Fixed Wire Testing (England, Northern Ireland and Wales); Lot 2: Fixed Wire Testing (Scotland). Additional information: Please note that this agreement was awarded on the 13th August 2019. The system would not allow this to be inputted.
