## Notice

1)The purpose of this procurement is to supply and implement an effective and affordable EPMA system which will start to create the desired future working environment across all its locations within 12 months from the date of contract award of April 2021 2)The contract period will be five fixed years plus two optional years consisting of two periods of up to twelve months in each. The expected start date for the contract is April 1st 2021 3)The tender award process will be through further competition using the the NHS SBS Healthcare Clinical Information System : Lot 6 : ePMA and those suppliers awarded to that Lot. Suppliers not awarded under this Lot will not be considered. 4)The tender will be awarded on a single supplier basis only for the entire period of the contract , there will not be a dual supply agreement to this contract 5) All information relating to this tender will be published on the Trust e-tendering portal : https://procontract.due-north.com/register week commencing 30.11.2020. 6)All bids received will only be accepted through the above portal , any bids submitted outside of this will be rejected . 7)There is not a requirement to contact the Trust Procurement at this stage regarding this future tender as all the information for bidders will be within the published ITT w/c 30.11.2020
