The contract has not been split into Lots on commercial, operational and contract management grounds. The Trust has set a minimum level of financial standing of an annual turnover of PS15M or more in each of the last 2 financial years. Additional information: This procurement process is being conducted under the 'Light Touch Regime', governing 'Social and Other Specific Services' as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the Light Touch Regime contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
