We want this training to move beyond awareness raising, engage staff in this area, and include a focus on personal action and accountability to ensure ongoing learning and development. This training will replace the previous half day workshop we have run for new joiners which was also delivered by an external provider (although it did not contain a focus on continuous learning). We expect that approximately 30 sessions (15 days) per year across London and Manchester sites would be required. Around 4 of these workshops will take place in London with the remainder in Manchester, which is our main base.
