Lot 1- Performance Management System Lot 2 Project Programme Management The Contract will be for a period of 3 years (36 months) and subject to an extension of a period or periods of up to an aggregate of 1 year (12 months ) at the absolute discretion of the Authorities. Additional information: This is a joint procurement conducted by Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond who have implemented a shared staff structure. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer and will manage the contract and monitor the performance of the services jointly.The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
