The Contractor is required to provide and be responsible for the provision of all services and meeting response and rectification times stated within the contract documents, including any work provided by sub-contractors. Following a review of the use of sub-contractors by the in-House Repairs and Improvement Teams it was noted that a contract with a general building contractor is required to support the in-house teams at peak times of demand.
