The Council is looking to appoint one suitably qualified and experienced Provider to co-ordinate all the event medical requirements, provide the Events' medical, ambulance and First Aid support resource and the management of the resource for and during the Events. One Provider must be able to provide the whole event contractual, management, co-ordination and resource provision from within its own capacity or with the use of subcontracting or consortia or other arrangements.
