Increase the flow of recruits into the construction industry by expanding the volume of construction pre-apprenticeship training opportunities to build a steady pipeline of apprenticeship-ready recruits for local companies to employ; viii. Increase the number of ex-services personnel undertaking training and support leading to employment in the construction sector; ix. Established targeted recruitment campaigns to promote the construction industry, with a focus on women and other under-represented groups.
