## Summary

The NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is facilitating the procurement of a "Promoting Resilience Programme in school-aged children" on behalf of the West Leicestershire, East Leicestershire & Rutland, and Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Groups. ## Notice

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is conducting a procurement exercise on behalf of West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (WL CCG), East Leicestershire & Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group (ELR CCG) and Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (LC CCG) to seek a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a Promoting Resilience Programme in school-aged children. Our local LLR Future in Mind Transformational plan as agreed by NHS England in 2015 aspires to prevent mental illness from developing and to build emotional health and resilience in the children and young people of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR). The plan promises to promote and protect children and young people's mental health and wellbeing and through working with schools (staff and pupils) to raise awareness on mental health issues. The elements will necessitate good engagement and collaborative working with all schools in LLR to deliver a service modelled on the 8 principles of the 'Promoting children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing, A whole school and college approach'. The service will be split into 2 lots: for Leicester City schools and for Leicestershire County and Rutland schools. The budget allocated for this programme is PS100,000 equally split between the 2 lots. Additional information: This service will be commissioned via an open procurement process, advertised to all which is proportionate to the value and complexity of the service and contract. The ITT will be live on the 10th of November 2016 on the Arden GEM CSU e-tendering procurement portal (Bravo). All submissions will be evaluated using the scoring criteria which are contained within the ITT Instructions - Document 1. Clarifications may be asked during the procurement process, the deadline for ITT clarification questions is 5pm on 15th November 2016. All correspondence relating to this procurement throughout all stages of the process must be managed through the Arden & GEM CSU eTendering Procurement Portal Bravo only. Providers wishing to submit an ITT to deliver this service need to log onto Arden GEM CSUs procurement portal (Bravo):- https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html deadline for the ITT submissions of 5pm on 16th November 2016. " Browse the ITTs (there may be more than one page) and select "Promoting Resilience Programme in school-aged children" by clicking on it. " Note the Details buttons on the left for Navigation and the Actions below. " Click the 'Express Interest' action -this will move the ITT from the ITTs Open to All Suppliers area to your 'My ITTs' area -this is a reserved area for ITTs that you have either been invited to or expressed interest in.
