Currently, the scope of the existing Highways and Lighting services are covered by three separate contracts. This consultant will need to be able to advise on the entire scope of the existing contracts. The consultants resource needs to be a suitably professionally qualified civil engineer, with at least 15 years' experience in preparing tender and contract documents for major civil engineering works. They also need to have a track record in producing Highway term maintenance contracts.
