(*This Invitation to Tender follows previous ITT ref. 1957 for these services; the University had sought two suppliers however only one contract was awarded under ref.1957, and so this is a re-issue of the requirement in order to engage a second supplier.) It is expected that the initial contract duration will be 21 months, with the University holding the option to extend for a further three periods of up to 12 months each, for a potential total contract duration of 57 months (four years, 9 months). Any extension will be dependent on satisfactory supplier performance, continued business need and availability of funding, and will be at the sole discretion of the University.
