This Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 procurement was responded to via the Digital Marketplace (accessed here: https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk) and details of how to register were included in the ITT. Suppliers had to register on the Digital Marketplace as this was a new system being used by the Contracting Authority.
