The Council's ambition for specialist housing is that it provides 'the right home, with the right care, at the right time'. Our initial thoughts on how this new purchasing arrangement will be set up is through an adapted Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), designed to stimulate new relationships with a greater range of potential partners, and to allow us to do this with greater flexibility which respond better to residents' need. We want to drive greater personalisation with a series of lots which define user needs with successful providers able to bid for individualised support packages based on 'personas'
