All waterproofing works must result in the provision of a 25-year guarantee, to be supplied by the system manufacturer after completion and inspection. Bidders who are not themselves accredited and approved by the materials/system manufacturers will need to employ the services of a specialist, fully trained sub-contractor who has full current up to date accreditations and approvals from the manufacturer and ensure that these works are undertaken in full accordance with the manufacturers specification and instructions, in order to provide such a guarantee.
