The aim of the WGLL tool is to: *Benchmark and baseline yourself *Understand your achievements and your gaps for focus *Develop your vision *Make a case for change The WGLL direct support to councils aims to enable them to: *Appreciate their levels of digital maturity against the 7 success criteria *Prioritise areas for development *Create their improvement plan Individual council support: Support is developed in response to the specific needs of each council we work with and consists of a combination of the following: *Support to complete, or review completion, of the WGLL self-assessment tool (as required) *Identifying the right people to get around the table and facilitating stakeholder or partner engagement Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
