## Notice

Tandridge District Council is seeking to enter into a long-term contract with a single contractor for the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms in occupied and void properties owned and managed by the Authority. The PQQ is being issued as the first stage of a two stage Restricted Process with a value below the FTS (previously EU) threshold for Works but above the FTS threshold for Services where a pre-selection stage is permitted. The Council therefore invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete a PAS 91 compliant prequalification questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion in the Invitation to Tender stage.
