Gloucestershire County Councils Asset Management and Property Services Department is responsible for the delivery of Capital Maintenance Works projects with a typical annual spend of PS5,000,000 to PS7,000,000 in recent years, however this is likely to reduce in future years. The DPS Agreement will generally apply to projects ranging from PS15,000 to PS150,000 although some projects may exceed this value. The DPS will provide an unlimited number of providers for certified Building, Engineering (mechanical/electrical) works for engagement by the following users.
