CHAP is looking for a supplier that is a certified Microsoft partner. The awarded bidder should have a track-record of providing comprehensive support services underpinned by excellent customer service and offers a tailored approach, supported by a robust service level agreement, to meet the requirements of our operations. Whilst this immediate opportunity is for the immediate requirement of CHAP, as this is a framework agreement type of contract, then our sister UK Agri-Tech Innovation Centres (ATICs) as Contracting Authorities are permitted to call-off similar requirements under this framework.
