The Ashford Refurbishment project commenced during September 2019 and consists of 3 individual Phases, as follows; Phase 1 - Ramp demolition, removal and alterations to reposition front counter - Works Complete Phase 2 - Full refurbishment of single storey Operational base - Contract Awarded Phase 3 - Refurbishment of the 5 storey Tower block - this opportunity The works are primarily restricted to the Tower Block and include replacement of the external cladding & fenestration, creation of open plan fully refurbished naturally ventilated office accommodation 1st to 5th floor levels, roof remedials. The project scope of Phase 3 includes; * Remodelling and renovation works to the upper floors of the existing tower block * External re-cladding works to the fabric of the upper floors of the existing tower building
