## Notice

The current Beacons Registry service is dependent on an unsupportable legacy computer system (CERS2), that has a high risk of not being restored either quickly, or at all, in the event of a failure. To mitigate this risk a discovery and Alpha piece of workhas been completed to explore options to improve the service to public and business users as well as the back-office admin users. It will also provide resilience against service failure. This RTPaims to take this work to the next stage and to requestthe development of the Private and Public BetaProducts in line with GDS and HMT guidelines
