The appointed contractor will not only design the future state, but will also work with the Histology team to identify and implement any immediate opportunities for improved service. This will not be a stand alone piece of work, but will instead be developed over a period of 12 months. This will allow for collaboration and a 'Plan, Do, Study Action' approach.
