The ASL reopens annually on the 1 February for new applications from suitably qualified suppliers to join the ASL for specialist homecare services on the Isle of Wight. The ASL shall comprise four Categories and Potential Suppliers can submit a Tender for one or more of the Categories. The Categories under this ASL are: * Specialist home-based care and support for people with dementia (ages 18+); * End of Life (including Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Fasttrack) care and support (ages 18+); * Live-In Care and Support (ages 18+); * Nurse led home-based care and support (ages 18+). The Term of the Approved Supplier List shall be 01 February 2023 (go live date) until 31 January 2029 with the option to extend for up to a further two years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Authority intends to begin using the ASL for requirements as soon as the ASL goes live. Additional information: The ASL shall reopen for new suppliers to join annually. A Contract Notice will be published annually on the anniversary of the Go Live date and will remain open for a minimum of 30 calendar days for Suppliers to submit their application to join the ASL.
