## Notice

The platform will be primarily used to run our annual flagship virtual open day. Our virtual open days currently run over 3 days. We are planning on running a virtual open event late Feb/early March 2025. Therefore, the suggested timeline for this project is as follows: Registrations to open mid-November 2024. Event taking place late February/early March 2025 The virtual open days will run on a similar timeline for subsequent years.
