The Council requires a Provider to implement, manage and deliver a Winter Night Shelter Service for people who are rough sleeping. The service will be delivered at The Brighton Centre, a building owned and operated by the Council. The Provider will be required to accept referrals ensure sufficient staffing to provide support and a safe service to 30 clients with a variety of needs within a shared accommodation service. The venue will be available from 16:00 for staff and open to clients from 17:00 until 07:00. The maximum contract value from 2nd November 2018 to the 20th March 2019 is 100,000 GBP.
