The Service Supplier(s) will conduct: i) A standard assessment for Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Mexico, ii) A roadmap for a National low emission vehicles strategy for Mexico iii) A plan for key Mexican cities to structure urban transport projects and its financing mechanisms and; iv) one detailed plan for the improvement of development of Mexican Cities specifically focusing on the Transport Oriented Development methodology. The implementation of these will also identify potential commercial opportunities and areas for UK private sector engagement.
