As we move away from a hierarchical structure towards self-organised teams where senior leaders are responsible for the overall target setting, performance, and where needed, guidance for specific delivery and enabling teams, a new leadership style is required. Note date remains 27 November Update on Tender Submission Process: Thank you for submitting a tender for Senior Leadership Team Coaching at the National Army Museum. Due to the overwhelming response we have had for this proposal, we are currently in the process of reviewing and selecting tenders to take to the next stage of interview, and will be confirming successful tenders in the new year, with interviews planned for January. Further to the above notice the Museum is closed to non essential work due to Tier 5 restrictions therefore this project has been put on hold until the Museum is allowed to re-open.
