Light refurbishment and fit-out including partial replacement of M&E systems in an existing 2 storey (traditional brick construction) building (c. 1300m2); 2. Light refresh and fit-out including minor M&E works in an existing 2 storey modular building (c. 350m2); 3. Provision and installation of a new 2 storey modular building (c. 400m2) and associated hire arrangements for a 2 year period. The principal contractor will be appointed on a D&B basis and responsible for the further development of the proposed design and planning permission for the modular buildings, including discharge of relevant planning conditions. The proposed form of contract is the JCT 2011 Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (ICD), with EFA standard amendments. The final appointment of the contractor will be on the basis of the criteria to be published in the tender documents.
