The aim of this Contract is put in place the Department of Health recommended Management structure to comply with HTM 03-01 so that the Trust can operate and maintain the Trusts ventilation systems in a safe and efficient manner for the safety of our patients, visitors and staff. The provider must identify areas of non-compliance and risk, produce corresponding action plans of reactive works or recommendations for systems refurbishment or replacement.
