The proposal is to commission one Emotional health and Wellbeing Service rather than two separate services which are currently operational. The new service will support children and young people with a: * Team around the Family assessment, including NEET young people * Child in Need plan * Child Protection Plan, and * who are Looked After. who do not meet the threshold for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
