The standing list will be divided into 7 lots based on the location of the Children and Family Wellbeing Centres where services will be delivered The Children and Family Wellbeing Service launched in April 2019 And the new-style service focusses on supporting the most vulnerable families in Leicestershire and brings together the four existing Early Help services into one.
