## Notice

Richmondshire District Council are looking for an experienced Professional Cleaning Service who will provide a high standard of house cleaning. Ad-hoc office cleaning and elderly persons dwelling will also be included. The supplier must provider a professional and reliable service which will include ensuring vacant council properties are cleaned to a high standard ready for new tenants' within agreed strict timescales (within 24 hours of notification). Expressions of interest must be received by 12 noon Friday 5th May 2017 via ProContract. https://procontract.due-north.com. Submissions must be received by 12 noon Friday 19th May 2017.
