The project comprises of: Infilling of the floor of 9 existing retail units at second floor level to create a separate residential unit above; the fitting out of the 9 newly created residential units; the conversion of a 6th floor mess room into a residential unit; all associated builders work and repairs, including plastering, plumbing, carpentry and re-painting; etc The removal of asbestos from the 10 units New gas service and gas meters New electric service and electric meters In accordance with the Government's Commitment to provide new housing
