## Notice

Tenders are invited for the supply of Provision of Best Interest Assessors, in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Assessment Frameworks and the statutory requirements of the Mental Health Act of 2007. The initial Framework Agreement period is three years. The Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 27th November 2023 and expire 26th November 2026. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a further one year, subject to satisfactory performance, funding and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is, therefore, four years.
