There are currently 50 members of staff (including but not limited to Clinical Directors, Assistant Directors and Trust Executive Group) that require access to coaching, though this volume is subject to change annually. The primary aim of senior leader level coaching is to improve leadership and management performance in relation to identifying needs, developing effective strategies and refining decision making processes.
