High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified valuation consultancy organisation to complete a scheduled programme of valuations for Council assets relating to General Fund and Housing Revenue Account Assets. The Commission is for the accounting periods ending 31/03/17 until 31/03/21 with an option to extend for a further 2 financial years.
